Sundayrefugee - note to self - write up a brief, non-technical history of KDE. Touch on the QT/KDE vs. GTK/GNOME "who's freer?" wars as past, in a non-inflammatory manner. Focus more on it's origin from the Unix CDE environment, all the way through 4.01. Find Creative Commons screenshots, if possible.

Then do a normal FAQ from both 1a: new-to-Linux and 1b: new-from-GNOME perspective.
