<p>Il servizio gratuito per la traduzione di testi e pagine web “<a title="strumenti per le lingue" href="http://www.google.it/language_tools">Strumenti per le lingue</a>” offerto da Google si aggiorna.</p>
<p>Da oggi infatti con il nuovo Google Translete è possibile tradurre i propri testi in tempo reale (mentre si digita) e ascoltare il testo tradotto in inglese con una voce sintetizzata.</p>
<p>Traducendo un testo qualsiasi con il “vecchio traduttore” è stato impostato un redirect automatico alla pagina con la nuova traduzione in real time… ma vi basterà seguire <a title="google translate" href="http://translate.google.it/">questo indirizzo</a> per accedere direttamente al nuovo servizio.

<p>Mozilla Weave viene <a title="Annuncio di Mozilla Weave Beta" href="http://mozillalabs.com/weave/2009/11/16/first-beta-of-weave-sync-add-on-now-available/">portato in fase di Beta</a>. La Mozilla Foundation ha annunciato proprio in questi giorni la disponibilità di una nuova versione dell’add-on Weave Sync e l’entrata del servizio Web nella fase di Beta Testing.</p>
<p><a title="Mozilla Weave" href="http://labs-newdomain.stage.mozilla.com/weave/">Mozilla Weave</a> è un progetto ambizioso che mira a costruire un servizio di sincronizzazione remoto associato ai browser Firefox e Fennec. Usando Weave Sync, il primo add-on Firefox/Fennec sviluppato per l’occasione, sarà possibile sincronizzare su un server Mozilla Weave o su un proprio clone Weave le informazioni contenute nel browser: i bookmark, i tab aperti, le password, i valori dei form, e l’history di navigazione. Queste informazioni saranno accessibili da tutte le altre istanze di Firefox/Fennec che utilizziamo.</p>
<p>Mozilla Weave quindi comprende sia un sistema server che una parte client. La Mozilla Foundation mette a disposizione i propri server, ma l’utente può decidere di crearne uno <a title="Setup di un server Weave" href="https://wiki.mozilla.org/Labs/Weave/0.3/Setup/Server">proprio</a>. Le informazioni vengono <a title="Cifratura usata in Mozilla Weave" href="https://wiki.mozilla.org/Labs/Weave/Crypto">criptate</a> prima di essere salvate, e sono associate ad un apposito account.</p>
<p>Con il rilascio della versione Beta il team dei Mozilla Labs intende fornire un prodotto più completo. Sia l’usabilità che le prestazioni sono state migliorate e perfezionate. Infatti l’algoritmo di sincronizzazione utilizza ora uno schema di “incremental sync“. I dati vengono sincronizzati in maniera incrementale e in background, durante il normale utilizzo del browser. Inoltre hanno la precedenza i dati che sono utilizzati più frequentemente.</p>
<p>Attenzione. Mozilla Weave richiede Firefox 3.5 o superiore. Inoltre bisogna aggiornare gli add-on di tutte le istanze di Firefox che utilizziamo.</p>
<p>Una nota finale dovuta. Mozilla Weave si contrappone per certi versi alla nuova funzionalità di sincronizzazione bookmark <a title="Chrome aggiunge la sincronizzazione dei bookmark" href="http://www.oneopensource.it/10/11/2009/chrome-aggiunge-la-sincronizzazione-dei-bookmark-video/">implementata</a> di recente in Google Chrome. In effetti a ben pensare il passo che Google deve compiere per offrire un servizio simile a quello offerto da Mozilla Weave è breve. La rivalità tra i browser oramai si sposta anche in altri ambiti e settori, quelli dei servizi Web. Concordate con questa visione?</p>

ich wollte Euch mal die Notizblock-Funktion etwas näher bringen, da ich die gerade einsetze...<br />
Im Forum Stelle zum Zitieren aussuchen, Notizblock-Funktion im Profil aufrufen und diese zitierten Stellen einfügen.<br />
So kann man sich &quot;wichtige&quot; Dinge einfach abspeichern! <img src="http://linuxmintusers.de/wcf/images/smilies/smile.png" alt=")" /> <br />

Edit: Ach ja, und bei der Erstellung eines Foreneintrages kann man natürlich auf diese persönliche Notizen zurückgreifen! (&quot;Tab&quot; unten rechts)<br />
