Re: Keep seedng folks
I too am seeding but as my isp provider has restrictions, i can only seed between the hours of 12:30 and 07:30 but i will continue doing that, cant wait for the contract to end so i can change providersJohnH wrote:Yes it does. If everyone seeded their torrent then it would take some pressure off the system. I've been seeding for a couple of days. I;m closing down now because I am away from home. More seeding is good. But, I am seeding the torrent.
Does that count for anything? LOL

Re: Casandra wont install for me :(
That is the wireless driver. When I first installed Bianca the included BCM43xx driver didn't work because Dell used a slightly different version. Turning off your wireless card in the BIOS will stop the error, then you just need to boot (at least to command line, I'm not sure what the Xserver issue would be), and add the built in bcm43xx module to the black list then use ndiswrapper to add the dell supplied version. Full instructions are here - http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=297092jediphx wrote:Wont install on my Inspiron E1505, I while its loading every other line says it cant fine BCMXXX and then ends at a prompt that Xserver could not start. Ubuntu 7.04 does same thing for me
I haven't upgraded to Cassandra yet myself, but I expect this will get the wireless card working.

It's only in the US and Home Office section. I would normally go through Small Business because of better Customer Service on your Warranty.

I wonder if they added a dell section to the sources.list and if Linux Mint could use it?

At the bottom it tells you how to install KDE on Cassandra.clem wrote:No. There will be a 3.1 release first. The KDE release for 3.x won't come for 3.0.
