My fresh install of Mint Elyssa 5r1 indicated that Gnome-Pilot was installed, so I tried to sync. Nothing! I tried all of the various settings to no avail. Next, I noticed that Pilot-Link was not installed, so I installed it. It didn't appear to help anything, that I can tell, but it didn't hurt either. Next I read Daniel Baggio's blog about getting gnome-pilot working with a palm Z22 on Fedora 8. After reading the blog I entered sudo modprobe visor. Success!!! now with gnome-Pilot set to usb: I can sync!
