Eh?
It's there by default
Unfortunately KDE and/or Kubuntu has some errors with uid - one of them affecting USB hard disks

Kdesudo is not there by default (unless an upgrade borked it)...not on my installation anyway. Takes 10 secs on dialup to download though!
I had a hassle making a Superuser file manager 'til I realised this.

This is my eyes..
I read kdesu, kdesudo is not there by default. Don't really know the difference, probably not of importance anyway :)
